Vibe Rescue fixes apps built with AI app builders (Lovable, Bolt, v0, Replit, Cursor and similar). These terms are written in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, ask us before you pay.

What you're buying

• Rescue — $99. We diagnose and fix one concrete problem: a broken deploy, auth, database connection, environment config, build error. This buys up to 2 hours of our work. Most fixes fit; if yours turns out to be bigger, we stop at the 2-hour mark and tell you honestly what we found. You then choose: upgrade to Production Ready (we credit your $99 toward it), or take a full refund.
• Production Ready — $299. We take your mostly-working app to real production: deploy, auth, database, environment variables, custom domain. Delivered within 24 hours of receiving access.
• Retainer — $499/month. Up to 5 incidents per month with priority response. Cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next billing cycle.

Diagnosis is always free. The clock on "24 hours" starts when we have working access to your code, not when you pay.

Money-back guarantee

If we can't fix the problem you paid for, you get a full refund — no forms, no arguing. Refunds go back through the payment method you used and typically arrive within 5–10 business days. A fix counts as delivered when the specific problem you reported is resolved and you can see it working.

Access and security

• We work through a GitHub collaborator invite or an export from your builder. We never ask for your account passwords.
• Your API keys and secrets stay in your project. We don't copy, log, or reuse them.
• When the work is done, remove our access. If you forget, remind yourself: we won't touch the project again either way.
• Before changing anything risky, we make a backup or work in a branch, so your current state is recoverable.

Honest limits (please read this one)

Your app was generated by AI tools we didn't control, on infrastructure you chose. So:

• We fix the problem you brought us. We don't audit or guarantee the rest of the codebase, its security, or its performance.
• Pre-existing bugs we didn't touch remain yours. Our report will honestly list anything risky we noticed along the way.
• We're not responsible for third-party services (your builder, hosting, database provider) changing pricing, limits, or behavior.
• Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us for the job in question.

Communication and delivery

We work async — email or DM, no calls required. You'll get a short written report with every job: what was broken, what we changed, and what to watch out for.

Lovable, Bolt, v0, Replit, Cursor and other product names belong to their respective owners. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them — we just fix what comes out.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the version you agreed to at purchase applies to your job.
